Weather is getting cold; Training is heating up.

Well this is my first blog post. I’d like to stick to the basics here initially to get my feet wet. I definitely have big plans to unveil here soon though!

Gearing up for Twin Cities last Summer/Fall I started a 9 day cycle training plan. I am still on that regime and I’m going to post each 9 day cycle, possibly each 7 days instead. We’ll start with the last 9 day cycle though. You can view more in depth details of the training underneath at the Running2Win link or my detailed training log page.

12/2    AM- 22mi (6:52pace)      PM- 5mi (7:30pace)

9 day cycle total- 164.5mi
