Gearing up for Twin Cities last Summer/Fall I started a 9 day cycle training plan. I am still on that regime and I’m going to post each 9 day cycle, possibly each 7 days instead. 12/2 AM- 22mi (6:52pace) PM- 5mi (7:30pace)
9 day cycle total- 164.5mi
